Sign in or create your account
Sign in with Google, Apple, or an emailed code — no password to remember. The same account follows you across web, iPhone, and Android, and every design auto-syncs.
RoomSketch3D needs an account to save your designs and sync them between your computer, your phone, and your tablet. Setting one up is genuinely fast — most people are signed in in under ten seconds, and there's no password to remember after.
There are three ways in: Google, Apple, or an email code. Pick the one that matches the account you already use most — they all create the same RoomSketch3D account, and you can use a different method next time if you want.
What you'll need
- •A Google or Apple account, or any email address you can check right now
Step by step
- 1
Open the sign-in page
On the web, click Sign In in the top-right corner (or just go to app.roomsketch3d.com directly — you'll be sent to the sign-in page if you're not already signed in). On iOS or Android, open the app — the sign-in screen is the first thing you see.
The sign-in page — three options, picked in the order most people prefer them. - 2
Continue with Google
The fastest path. Click Continue with Google, pick the Google account you want to use in the pop-up, and you're in. No password to type. If you've ever signed into a Google service in this browser, it's literally one click.
Continue with Google — one tap when you're already signed into a Google account in this browser. - 3
Continue with Apple
Same experience, with Apple instead. Click Continue with Apple, confirm in the Apple sign-in sheet, and choose whether to share your real email or use Apple's relay address. On iPhone and iPad, Touch ID or Face ID takes care of the confirmation step.
Continue with Apple — supports Apple's Hide My Email relay if you'd rather not share your real address. - 4
Or, sign in with an email code
Prefer plain email? Type your address in the you@example.com field, click Email me a sign-in code, and check your inbox for a six-digit code. Type the code on the next screen and you're in. Nothing to remember; the code expires after about ten minutes. The code path is web-only — on iPhone and Android, the native Google and Apple buttons are simpler one-taps.
Email code — no password to remember; a fresh code is mailed to you each time. - 5
You're done — designs sync automatically
After you sign in once on each device, every design you create or edit syncs in the background. Start a floor plan on your laptop, walk into the room with your phone, and the same plan is there waiting. No upload button, no manual import — it's automatic.
Tips
Pick the method that matches your real device
If you mostly use an iPhone, signing in with Apple ties your account to the same Apple ID you already unlock the phone with — fewer surprises later. If you live in Gmail / Google Calendar / Google Drive, pick Google. Email is the universal fallback.
It's the same account, whichever button you press
Sign in with Google today, switch to the email code tomorrow — they hit the same account as long as the email address matches. Different emails make different accounts, though, so be consistent.
There's no separate "sign up" step
First time you sign in, RoomSketch3D creates your account in the background. No email verification, no profile form. You're straight into your first design.
Sign out is in Profile → Settings
Once you're in, the sign-out option lives under the Profile menu (top-right on web, or the gear icon next to your name in the top bar). You don't need to sign out to switch devices — staying signed in everywhere is the point.
Common mistakes
Signing in with two different emails on two different devices
If you tap Google on your laptop and Apple on your phone with two different email addresses, you've made two separate accounts — and your designs won't sync between them. Pick one method (or one shared email address) and stick with it.
Letting Apple's Hide My Email confuse you later
When you use Continue with Apple, Apple can give the app a relay address like abc.def@privaterelay.appleid.com. That's the email RoomSketch3D sees. If you later try to sign in via Email code using your real address, you'll create a new account by mistake. Keep using "Continue with Apple" to come back to the same account.
Searching the inbox for a forgotten password
There isn't one. RoomSketch3D never uses passwords — it's Google, Apple, or a fresh six-digit code emailed to you each time. If you can't sign in, the issue is usually the wrong email address, not a wrong password.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Google or Apple account?
No — the email-code option works with any email address. Google and Apple are just one-tap shortcuts; the underlying account is the same.
Why is there no password?
Passwords get phished and forgotten — RoomSketch3D skips them entirely. You either sign in via your existing Google / Apple account (which already has a password you're using), or via a fresh code emailed to you for each session.
Will my designs sync between my phone and my computer?
Yes — automatically. As long as you sign in with the same method (and therefore the same email) on each device, every design you create or edit shows up everywhere within seconds.
Can I change which method I use?
Yes, as long as the email address stays the same. The account is keyed to the email — switching from Google to email-code (or back) on the same address signs you into the same account.
What if I used Apple's Hide My Email and forgot the relay address?
Use Continue with Apple again — Apple sends RoomSketch3D the same relay address each time, so you'll be back in the same account. If you go to your Apple ID settings, you can also see the list of relay addresses Apple has generated for you.
Does RoomSketch3D cost anything to sign up?
Signing in and creating an account are free. RoomSketch3D itself is a one-time purchase (no subscription, no recurring fees) when you're ready to unlock the full feature set.
