The hardest part of any plan is the empty canvas. Templates get you past it: each one is a complete, furnished layout — walls, doors, windows, and every piece of furniture already placed at real size — that opens in the editor exactly like a design you drew yourself.

The library covers homes and small businesses. On the home side there are living rooms, kitchens (L-shape, U-shape, galley, and one-wall), and apartments from a budget studio up to a large four-bedroom. On the business side: a cosy café with a service counter and bistro seating, small and family restaurants, a fast-food spot, a corner convenience store, a full grocery store, a laundromat, a neighbourhood library, an apartment lobby and mailroom, a doctor's office waiting room, a family arcade, and a fitness gym.

Because a template is a normal design, everything about it is editable: resize the shell to your real measurements, swap furniture, change the flooring and paint, add a floor, and view it in 3D. Filter tabs let you jump straight to the room type you need.

  4. 4

Run Flow Check, view in 3D, then export or share a link.

Good to know

  • Pick a template by room shape rather than by furniture count — the furniture is easy to change, the shape is what saves time.
  • Templates are also the quickest way to see how a commercial space (a café, a shop) is laid out before drawing your own.

Frequently asked questions

Are templates included in the price?

Yes. All templates are part of the one-time $19.99 purchase, along with every other feature.

Can I resize a template to my actual room?

Yes. A template opens as a normal design. Drag the exterior walls or type exact wall lengths and the furniture stays in place for you to rearrange.

Are there templates for businesses, not just homes?

Yes. The library includes a café, small and family restaurants, a fast-food spot, a convenience store, a grocery store, a laundromat, a library, an apartment lobby, a doctor's office waiting room, an arcade, and a gym.
