Grab Bar 18"

Overview
An 18-inch grab bar is a short safety rail that gives a steady handhold where space is tight. It is the size to reach for beside a tub or shower entry, next to a toilet in a small bathroom, or anywhere a full-length bar will not fit.
Sizing & placement
It is 18 inches long, 3 inches tall, and projects 3.5 inches from the wall, which allows the usual 1.5-inch gap between bar and wall for a full grip. The default mounting height puts it 33 inches off the floor, within the common 33 to 36 inch range, and you can adjust it.
Where it works
Small bathrooms, tub and shower entries, and aging-in-place or accessible remodels.
