Design a sim-racing den in 40 seconds — RoomSketch3D

A sim-racing rig eats more floor than people expect. The wheel, the seat, and the triple screens come as one 48 × 60 inch footprint — and that's before you count the space it takes to climb out of a fixed bucket seat. This 10×9 plan gives the rig the middle of the floor with 30 inches of exit room behind the seat, hangs the trophies top-left, parks the pit fridge on the right wall, and leaves a spectator seat where the racing is visible and the elbows aren't. Every piece is a real RoomSketch3D catalog item at its true size with clearances checked — sim-racing den, plan first, then a walk around it in 3D.
