Per-Room Flooring and a Tile Layout Planner
Give every room its own floor — hardwood in the living room, tile in the bath — with real plank sizes and wood tones. Then plan the tile layout and know how many boxes to buy before you shop.

Flooring is chosen per room, not per plan. Tap a room and pick hardwood, tile, carpet, or an outdoor ground cover; for hardwood, choose the wood tone and the plank width and length so the pattern on screen matches the boxes in the store. The floor renders in 2D, in 3D, and in your exports.
The Floor Tile Layout Planner goes a step further for tiled rooms. Set the tile size (or type a custom one), the grout width, and a grid or running-bond pattern, then rotate the layout and choose whether to start flush to a corner or balance the cuts. The planner draws the whole pattern over the floor, reports the size of the cut pieces on each edge, and totals full tiles, cut tiles, and — with your waste percentage and tiles per box — the number of boxes to buy.
Tile each room its own way and save the layouts you like to reuse. Flooring also fills correctly around staircases and floor openings, and home-gym mats and platforms are available as flooring too.

Frequently asked questions
Can each room have a different floor?
Yes. Flooring is set per room, so a tiled bathroom can sit next to a hardwood hallway and a carpeted bedroom.
Does the tile planner tell me how many tiles to buy?
Yes. It counts full tiles, tiles to cut, and total tiles, then applies your waste percentage and tiles-per-box to give the number of boxes to buy.
Can I choose the plank size for hardwood?
Yes. Set the plank width and length and the wood tone, and the floor pattern updates in both 2D and 3D.
