Redeeming a Gumroad license or invite code
If you have a Gumroad license key or an invite code, redeeming it takes a moment — here's where to enter it.
Two kinds of code unlock RoomSketch3D without a card payment: a Gumroad licence key from a purchase made through Gumroad, and a gift code sent to you directly (an invite, a prize, a replacement). Both are redeemed on the unlock screen and both unlock lifetime access on the account you're signed in to.
Here's where each code comes from, where to enter it, and what to do if it's refused.

Find your code
Gumroad licence: in the receipt email Gumroad sent after purchase — a key in four groups, `XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX`. Gift code: in the message we sent you. Copy it exactly; spaces at either end are fine, but every character in between matters.

Sign in to the account you want unlocked
Open app.roomsketch3d.com (or the app) and sign in with Google, Apple or your email. The code binds to this account, so use the sign-in you'll keep using on every device. If you're already unlocked you'll go straight to the editor and won't see the unlock screen at all.

Gumroad: Already purchased on Gumroad?
On the unlock screen, follow Gumroad license at the bottom. The Activate Gumroad License dialog says Enter the license key from your Gumroad purchase receipt email to activate your access. Paste the key and press Activate. The editor opens as soon as the key is verified.

Gift code: Have a gift code? Redeem it
On the same screen press Have a gift code? Redeem it. The Redeem Gift Code dialog reads Enter your gift code to unlock full lifetime access — no payment needed. Paste the code and press Redeem. If you opened an invite link, the code is applied automatically the moment you sign in — you'll see Activating your gift access…

Check it worked
Open the avatar menu → Profile. Account Status: Premium means the code is on this account, and every device you sign in to with the same account is unlocked.
Tips
Can't find the Gumroad email?
Search your mail for 'Gumroad' and 'RoomSketch3D'. Gumroad can also resend receipts from the link on their site.
Redeem on the web first
The unlock screen is easiest to use in a desktop browser; once the account is Premium, the phone apps unlock on sign-in.
Common mistakes
Redeeming on the wrong account
A code unlocks one account, once. If you signed in with Google today and Apple tomorrow, only one of those is unlocked. Use the same sign-in everywhere.
Typing the key by hand
One wrong character and it's refused. Copy and paste it from the email.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use the same code on multiple accounts?
No. Each code unlocks one account, once. That account then works on every device. If you need to move it to another account, email support with both addresses.
My Gumroad key says invalid — what now?
Check you pasted the whole key including the dashes, and that it's the RoomSketch3D product key. If it still fails, email support with the Gumroad receipt and the email you're signed in with.
I redeemed a code but the app still shows the unlock screen
You're signed in a different way on that device. Sign out and sign in with the account you redeemed on, or press Already purchased? Restore access.
Do codes expire?
Gumroad licence keys don't. Gift codes may carry a date — it's stated in the message that came with the code.
