A laundry hanging rail is a chrome rod on two wall brackets for drying or storing clothes on hangers. It is often fitted between a washer on the floor and a wall-mounted dryer above it.
Sizing & placement
The rail is 36 inches wide. On the plan it takes 18 inches of depth, which is the space hung clothes need, and the rod itself stands 9 inches off the wall. It mounts 58 inches above the floor by default; change that with Mount.
