Open the commercial templates
On Home, under Start a new floor plan, choose Use Template (Pre-designed layouts) and tap the Commercial tab (Commercial · 13; the Cozy Café is in it too). Each card shows the footprint and item count.

Preview and use one
Tap Cozy Café: a ~540 sq ft coffee shop with a service counter, espresso machine, pastry display and condiment station, a menu board, four bistro tables seating twelve, a lounge nook with a loveseat and coffee table, a private restroom, and windows all around. Tap Use This Template.

Resize to your unit
Tap an outside wall and type its real length, drag it in or out, or Split it, right on the plan. Use Add Room to add an adjoining room. See Edit walls on the plan. Fixtures keep their positions; rearrange them to suit.

Add fixtures from the commercial catalog
Search the catalog for what a shop needs: Snack Vending Machine, Drink Vending Machine, Glass-Door Beverage Cooler, Open Refrigerated Case, Grocery Aisle Shelving, Grocery Wall Shelving, Soda Fountain, Gumball Machine, Coin / Change Machine, and a wall Urinal for restrooms — each with a clear plan symbol and a real 3D model. Drop a cooler by the counter.

Check the aisles and walk it
Open Flow check: blocked door swings, crowded doorways and overlapping pieces are listed. Measure each aisle with the tape-measure tool so a 36-inch aisle stays a 36-inch aisle. Then View in 3D and walk the space before you sign a lease or order the counter.

Tips
Plan a food truck too
Draw the truck's outline, then use Auto-furnish → Whole rooms → Food Truck: pick a truck size, single or double line, and the equipment, and a health-code checklist appears on the plan. See Auto-furnish.
Electrical for the trades
Drop outlets and circuit lines from the Symbols panel and export the Electrical plan style for the fit-out electrician.

Keeping the template's footprint
Templates are starting points. Resize the walls to your actual unit before you judge the layout.
Forgetting accessibility clearances
Flow Check flags blocked doors and doorways, but measure aisles yourself and check your local code for aisle widths and restroom turning space.

There are also home templates for living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, home offices and apartments (36 templates in all).
Can I change the template's size?
Yes. It opens as a normal design: tap an outer wall to type its length or drag it, split walls, or use Add Room. For a one-off outline fix, such as dragging a corner or squaring it to 90°, use Plan Settings → Layout → Outline Editor.
Are there shop fixtures in the catalog?
Yes: vending machines, a glass-door beverage cooler, an open refrigerated case, grocery aisle and wall shelving, a soda fountain, a gumball machine, a coin/change machine, and a urinal, alongside the regular catalog.
