Print your floor plan (export to PDF)
Open Export / Print / Share → PNG/PDF or Print. The Print tab sends the plan to your printer; the Export tab saves a PDF you can print anywhere. Best results: black & white with measurements.
There are two ways to get your plan onto paper, both in the same dialog: Print sends it straight to your printer, and Export → PDF saves a print-ready file you can print later, email, or take to a print shop. Either way the plan fills the page instead of printing tiny in a corner.

Open the Print / Export dialog
Click Export / Print / Share in the top bar and choose PNG/PDF or Print (Print, or save as an image or PDF). The Export / Print Floor Plan dialog opens with two tabs: Print and Export.

Print tab: send it to your printer
On the Print tab, pick Print quality: Standard for Letter or A4, High or Max for large-format sheets (A2 and up). The paper size itself is chosen in your printer's dialog, which opens when you click Print. On iPhone and iPad, Print opens the share sheet: choose Print (AirPrint).

Export tab: save a print-ready PDF
On the Export tab, set Format to PDF (Print / email). Under Paper size & quality, pick the paper you'll print on (A3 up to A0, Tabloid, ARCH D, ARCH E) and a quality, or leave Standard for an email attachment. Click Export PDF and the file downloads.

Set the options for a clean print
Both tabs share the same Options. For a working drawing: - Black & white = on: strips colors for a pure line drawing - Exterior dimensions = on (on to start): each outside wall's overall length - Interior dimensions = on (on to start): each wall's measurement breaks where other walls meet it, so every room's inside width prints. The two are independent: untick Interior dimensions for overall outside lengths only, or Exterior dimensions for room sizes only. - Labels = on (furniture and room names) - Room tints = off (saves ink) - Flooring = off (the default) for a working drawing. Tick it to print the tile, wood or carpet you picked for each room; it's only listed when a room has flooring, and Black & white or Electrical plan grey it out. - Grid = off The dimension boxes and Flooring don't follow the Layers switches (Exterior dimensions and Interior dimensions start ticked even if you hid them on screen), so a plan that looks right on screen can still print differently. See exporting a plan image for pictures of both options. Electrical plan prints just the walls, symbols and light fixtures. In the web app, Elevation views adds the four exterior elevations as extra pages after the floor plan. On a multi-floor design, tick the floors to include.

Sticky notes print as pins plus a Notes page
If your plan has sticky notes, the options include Sticky notes, ticked by default. Each note prints as a small numbered pin where you placed it, and page 2 lists every note's full text by number. A PNG export saves the notes as a second image instead. Untick Sticky notes to leave them out. Hiding notes in Layers doesn't keep them off the printout. More in labels and sticky notes.

Printing a PDF later
Open the PDF in any viewer and print it (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P). For an oversized plan on a home printer, most printer drivers can tile it across several sheets: look for Poster or Tile in the print dialog.
Tips
PDF is the share-and-print format
A PDF prints cleanly on any device and is easy to email or attach. Use black & white with measurements for a working drawing a contractor can build from.
Frequently asked questions
Can I print without saving a file first?
Yes. Use the Print tab in the Export / Print dialog: it sends the plan straight to your printer's dialog. Use the Export tab when you want a PDF to keep or send.
Do my sticky notes print?
Yes. With Sticky notes ticked (the default whenever your plan has notes), each note prints as a numbered pin on the plan and the full text is listed on page 2. Untick it in the export dialog to print the plan without notes.
Why doesn't my flooring print?
Tick Flooring in the Options. It starts unticked, so the printout shows soft room tints instead. If the box isn't there, no room has flooring yet; if it's greyed out, untick Black & white and Electrical plan.
Can I print without the room-by-room measurements?
Yes. Untick Interior dimensions and only the overall outside length of each wall prints. Untick Exterior dimensions too to print no wall measurements at all.
Can I print only the room sizes, without the outside lengths?
Yes. Untick Exterior dimensions and leave Interior dimensions ticked: each room's inside width and depth print, without the overall outside length of each wall.
PNG or PDF for printing?
PDF: it's one print-ready file that's easy to email. Pick the paper size you'll print on so it's sharp at that size. Use PNG when you need an image to drop into a document or slide.
Why is my printed plan blurry on big paper?
Choose a higher Print quality (High or Max) on the Print tab, or, for a PDF, pick the real paper size (A1, A0, ARCH D…) with High or Max quality instead of Standard.
