Your home sits on a lot — and the lot is part of the design. On a ground floor you can wrap a yard around the house, drag the property line to match your real parcel, and give every edge its own fence or wall style — or leave a side open for a driveway or gate.

Add the yard
Open the floor picker and choose Add Yard. The property-line editor opens with your house shown as a guide and the boundary ready to drag.

Match your real lot
Drag each boundary corner to match your parcel — use your plat map or the county's parcel viewer for the real dimensions — then confirm with Update Yard Plan.

Style each edge
Select a boundary edge and pick its style — wood fence, chain-link, brick wall, hedge, and more. Mix styles per edge: privacy fence in back, low picket in front.

Leave openings and add gates
Mark an edge (or part of one) open for the driveway, or drop a gate onto a fence edge like any wall fixture.

See the whole property in 3D
The 3D view pulls back far enough to show house and grounds together — with your ground covers, zones, and outdoor furniture in place.

Tips
Zones finish the yard
After the boundary, paint the yard with ground covers (lawn, pavers, gravel, deck) and draw zones for patio and garden areas — see the yard zones guide.
