Designs missing after signing in — find them again
Designs are stored per account, and Google, Apple, and email sign-ins can create three different accounts for one person. Find which one holds your work, switch to it, and everything is back.
An empty Your Designs list after signing in is alarming, but designs are not deleted by signing out, reinstalling, or changing devices — they live on your account in the cloud. (If just one design is missing, check the Recycle Bin on Home first: a deleted design waits there for 30 days.) What happens is that Continue with Google, Continue with Apple, and the email code can each create a separate account if the email addresses behind them differ, and the second account starts empty.
Apple's Hide My Email is the usual cause: it gives the app a relay address like abc123@privaterelay.appleid.com, so the Apple account never matches the Google or email account you used before.

Check which account you're in
Open Settings (the avatar, top right → Settings). The email under your name is the account whose designs you're looking at. If it's a @privaterelay.appleid.com address or a different email from the one you normally use, that's the answer.

Sign out and sign back in the way you did the first time
Avatar (top right) → Sign out. On the sign-in page, pick the method you used when you created the designs: Google, Apple, or the email code — with the same email. Your designs list on Home fills in within a few seconds; nothing needs restoring.

Not sure which method it was? Try them in order
Email code with your main address first (it's the most common), then Google, then Apple. Each takes seconds, and signing in to an empty account creates nothing you need to clean up — it's just a blank account.

One design gone? Check the Recycle Bin
A design that was deleted, on this device or another one signed in to the same account, isn't gone yet. On Home, below Your Designs, tap Recycle Bin (it shows how many designs are in it, and only appears when something is there). Find the design and tap Restore: it goes back into your list exactly as it was. Deleted designs stay in the bin for 30 days, then they're deleted for good. See Get a deleted design back.

Check the design wasn't moved to another floor or design
If Home lists your designs but one room is 'missing', open the design and check the floor selector — the room may be on another floor — and the Layers panel, where hidden items can be turned back on.

Still nothing? Send support the two details that find it
Email roomsketch3d@immex.tech with (1) every email address you may have used, including any Apple relay address shown in Settings, and (2) the name of a design you remember. We can see which account holds it and merge or move it for you — designs are never deleted on our side without your request.
Tips
Pick one sign-in and stick to it
Whichever method you used first, use it on every device. The account is the same across web, iPhone, iPad, and Android as long as the sign-in is.
Hide My Email is fine — just remember it
If you chose Apple's Hide My Email, the relay address is your username. It's shown under your name at the top of Settings; note it down so you can sign in with the same Apple ID on the web too.
Frequently asked questions
Did signing out delete my designs?
No. Signing out never deletes anything. Designs are stored on the account in the cloud and reappear the moment you sign in to that account again.
I reinstalled the app and my designs are gone — where are they?
On the account you were signed in to before. Sign in again with the same method and email; they sync back automatically. If the app also says the purchase is locked, tap Already purchased? Restore access on the unlock screen (iPhone and Android apps) after signing in.
I deleted a design by mistake. Can I get it back?
Yes, for 30 days. On Home, open Recycle Bin below Your Designs and tap Restore. Right after deleting from Home you can also tap Undo in the note at the bottom. After 30 days, or after Delete forever / Empty Recycle Bin, it can't be restored.
Can two accounts be merged?
Yes — email support with both addresses and which one you want to keep. We move the designs and the purchase across; you don't need to redraw anything.
