Tennis Court (78 × 36 ft)

Overview
A regulation tennis court with doubles and singles lines and a net, on the full surface a club court needs. It is one configurable item: the size is the whole surface and the lines are always the ITF's real size. Select it to choose Hard court, Clay or Grass and to take the net down.
Sizing & placement
The surface is 1440 × 720 inches (120 × 60 ft): the 78 × 36 ft doubles court with 21 ft behind each baseline and 12 ft beside each sideline, the ITF's recommended run-off for international play (the club minimum is 18 ft and 10 ft, about 114 × 56 ft). The singles court is 78 × 27 ft. The net posts stand 42 inches (3 ft 6 in) high, 3 ft outside the doubles lines, and the net dips to 3 ft in the centre.
Where it works

Frequently asked questions
- How much space does a tennis court need?
- The doubles court is 78 × 36 ft, but with run-off you need about 114 × 56 ft for club play and 120 × 60 ft for competition. This item is the 120 × 60 ft surface.
- How high is the tennis net?
- 3 ft 6 in (1.07 m) at the posts and 3 ft (0.914 m) in the centre, which is how it hangs in 3D.
- Can I put pickleball lines on it?
- Not on the same item. Place pickleball courts beside it instead: a 120 × 60 ft tennis footprint holds about four 30 × 60 ft pickleball surfaces.
